We are totally alike!
Patrick wrote to me and we started having real nice conversations through the internet. We found out we are totally alike, I love his sense of humour. I told him I was visiting England next January but he decided to come and visit me first, so we fell totally in love! Hope you can receive Pat's side of the story!

I really am in love & have my soul mate.
I promised to give you an update of how things were progressing between a fantastic man I met via your site. Well, Im so happy to say that everything is looking very promising and we are both making plans to relocate to be closer to each other. We are both excited and very much in love. After spending a wonderful 6 weeks with him in London earlier this year, he has just spent 11 weeks with me in Australia. It was magical, a real dream come true. He has gone back to the UK and yes I've shed many tears, but I know the tears are happy ones as we will both be together again soon. It hasn't ended at the airport, this is the beginning of something unique. This feels right for us both and are now counting the days until we are reunited and back in each other's arms.
Thanks to your site I would never have met the man of my dreams, I can't stop smiling...I really am in love & have my soul mate. Im now complete.

In 2006 I joined your site in the hope of meeting someone special while I was visiting the UK for a few months. As fate would have it, I met my future husband on your site and we are pleased to say that we are celebrating our 1st wedding Anniversary in October. We are now both living in Australia and visit the UK for the holidays. So a big thank you to your site for bringing us together from opposite sides of the world.

Thank You for your e-mail and yes, we are so very happy now. It was hard to think that it could of ever worked out, me living in UK at the time & Geoff a farmer in Australia, that I would be sitting here, now in 2006 in Australia, living happily-ever-after. Seems all a blur and a dream!!
Us.......well, we are soooooo compatible, it's scarey!! It actually feels like we have been married for 20 years!!! I can honestly say though, that the internet-dating scheme of things, really worked for us, more so that he was totally honest, unlike quite a few men I met through your site. I guess it just pays to be careful, patient and not give out too many personal details before you are 100% sure it is safe to do so!
A bit sad though, that all the men I was talking to (pre-Oct'04!) are still listed as single & looking on your site!! Oh well, my 1st husband died in 1998 and it took me THAT long to find my now Aussie "soul-mate" even if I had to move half way across the world to be with him........!!
